We wanted a warm, bright, little bit pastel, little bit whimsey room that our baby boy could grow into.  We wanted to use simple inexpensive furniture pieces that would transition well with our baby as he grows.  I know that babies are supposed to see brighter colors better when they are younger, but I thought this room would still give off a happy a secure glow even though the colors are more pastel.  We were so happy with how the room turned out.  I’m shocked and amazed at my decorating abilities with this room.  It may be my decorating magnum opus!!;-)
