Beckham’s Nautical Nursery

Description

My husband and I went through infertility as well as a loss of our first child, so Beckham was our miracle baby. Despite anything going on in our lives, knowing that I was carrying a healthy baby boy is what kept us anchored each and every day. A nautical themed nursery couldn't have been a more perfect theme for our son's room. I also wasn't into the any of the monkey/jungle themes and wanted something he could grow into!

Design Inspiration

I love Pottery Barn Kids and was inspired by some of their nautical themed nursery's and toddler bedrooms.

Decorating Style

Classic, detail oriented, and sophisticated.

Project Details

I got a lot of my inspiration from Pinterest. Most of the nautical decor came from Hobby Lobby. All of my custom decor came from Etsy. ( bedding, changing pad cover, mobile, and name plaque) My husband did the judges panel himself along with the rope shelves.

Favorite Items

The name plaque above his crib, I was so excited when I came across this shop on Etsy and it was exactly what I was looking for to be the focal point of the nursery.
