When I found out I was having another girl, I knew I wanted to create a beautiful “girly” nursery. Opposite from my first born which was girly but not in the pink and pearls kinda way. I also did not want to spend a lot of money so I had fun with a few diy projects.
To be honest I thought I was having a boy so my ideas for the nursery was nautical, blue and boats. With the news of having a girl I had to start from scratch. I am not into the tradional pink rooms but I still wanted it to be girly. Since my husband and I love the ocean, I went with an ocean theme keeping in mind sand and shells to use as the color palette for our baby girls room.
