Vote: June Party Finalists

June is always a popular month to throw a party! No matter where you are, it’s almost guaranteed that the weather will be warm, and people are usually still hanging out at home before leaving for their summer vacations. This is always one of our favorite times of year to look at the parties in the gallery, and the most recent party uploads did not disappoint! Kristin, of Project Nursery, says, “I love that this party stylist has three boys of her own and was itching to plan a girly girl celebration. She definitely created something feminine with the vintage cowgirl theme, and she did it in an amazingly thoughtful and lovely way. The cake is particularly sweet!”

Sabrina, of Project Nursery, says, “What a clever and fun idea to throw a party based on everyone’s favorite prompt to smile for the camera! The photo booth setup is so playful and fun, and the amazing film negative banner wrapping the party tent is so creative!”

Mary Poppins Baby Shower by Sarah Fallon
Beth, of Project Nursery, says, “I loved Mary Poppins as a kid, so seeing it as a baby shower theme made my day. I love how the details from the story were integrated into the theme with everything from ‘a spoonful of sugar’ to ‘chimney sweeps.’ ”

Melisa, of Project Nursery, says, “Not only are the sweets on this shower dessert table so lovely to look at but the backdrop so perfectly sets the vintage theme. The idea of using those shabby chic corkboard frames is so smart and fun, I may have to steal that idea for my own party styling in the future.”

Kennedy’s Vintage Circus 2nd Birthday Party by Randi Kennedy
Pam, of Project Nursery, says “Yes, it’s a theme we see often in the gallery, but wow, this is no ordinary circus-themed party. Walking into this celebration, you would feel as if you were transported to an old-school circus from another era. This is a DIY project that was beautifully executed!”
