Not Your Average Sticker Collection

That’s some pretty fantastic wallpaper, isn’t it? Wait a second…you say it’s actually stickers?

Let’s take a closer look.

That’s the amazing work of Payton Cosell Turner, featured in September’s issue of ELLE Decor. She takes thousands of everyday children’s stickers (some of which you probably have in your kids’ craft supplies) and creates intricate designs that fool the eye at first look and dazzle it upon second. The idea began as Payton’s senior thesis in art school and has developed into custom sticker installations in living rooms, children’s rooms and even her own line of wallpaper.

Can you imagine the I Spy games you could play with your kids with that wallpaper on the right? While having a custom sticker installation in your child’s room is, let’s say, probably more than a splurge, Payton does create custom commissioned sticker artwork that might satiate your craving.

That’s cool. But I’ve gotta say, it kind of makes my head hurt.

Really intricate sticker designs! But really, I’d prefer putting on a wall paper than put on too many of those pretty stickers on the wall.

Hi, I was wondering if you could give me information on where to purchase the wallpaper that looks like the I-spy game? I just love it! Thank you for your time, Kristin
