I’ve always loved nursery designs that revolve around a personal theme, and this mountain-inspired nursery is nothing short of a labor of love. The Rocky Mountains have a special place in these new parents’ hearts, and they wanted to bring a part of that home to Texas in their son Reyn’s nursery design. We incorporated a woodland animal theme with a mountain background, and it all comes together seamlessly, don’t you think? From the snow-capped chalkboard mountains to the deer baby bedding, I have no doubt that this little man will live up to that saying over his crib—it’s one of my favorites!

The layout of the room allowed for two focal walls, and the sunroom space beyond is a designer’s dream—it will be perfect for a play area when Reyn gets a little older. Usually the crib wall gets all the attention, but I love how mom pulled out the glider and ottoman to create a reading nook in the corner and a perfect place to hide storage baskets.
To add that extra woodland vibe to the nursery and tie together the mint and gold accents, we chose the deer crib bedding and changing pad cover for a whimsical feel.

Hi! A couple months ago you all helped me located the rug used in this nursery! We got one and love it! Now I am wondering if you could point me in the right direction of the sticker quote decal!?
Thanks,
Joslyn
