Welcome Ultimate Blog Party! This year we’re participating in The Ultimate Blog Party, sponsored by our friends at 5MinutesForMom.com. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to check out other blog communities. Share with us your favorite finds and be sure to introduce us to the new friends you make along the way! For those new to Project Nursery, we know you have many stops to make so here’s a brief introduction to our blog and website.
Q: What is Project Nursery?
A: A resource dedicated to baby’s 1st room & beyond! We feature photo galleries, hip finds, DIY projects, design tips, weekly giveaways & much more!
Q: Who is behind the site?
A: Project Nursery was founded by Melisa Fluhr & Pam Ginocchio of Little Apple Design. We wanted one place on the web where both parents and professional designers could exchange free design advice and share ideas. Our blog contributors make up a small team composed of moms, interior designers, boutique owners, party planners and home decor enthusiasts. Most importantly, we provide interactive galleries where our readers can upload photos and rate projects for all to enjoy!
Q: What gets featured in your blog?
A: There’s a variety of things our contributors choose to feature. You’ll find giveaways, design boards, product reviews, room and party inspiration among other things. Recently we started a series called “Nursery Culture” where contributors Gerry & Naomi look beyond bedding and artwork into what makes a nursery special.
Q: What are the Real Room and Real Party galleries?
A: We know that there’s a designer inside everyone. Our Real Galleries offer readers like you a platform to showcase your work. And what better way to get inspired than to look at pictures of REAL rooms and parties?
So what is your nursery style? Have you planned a party recently? We hope you share it all with us. Please let us know your stopped by by commenting below. We hope to see you back at Project Nursery soon. And don’t forget to enter to win a personally autographed copy of Laura Bennett’s (Season 3 Project Runway) book “Didn’t I Feed You Yesterday?”.
