Store More For Less…

Maximize your space by adding this easy, do-it-yourself closet organization. I found myself overwhelmed by how fast my newborn’s closet went from a few miniature hanging onesies to an overflowing, full-blown, filled to-the-max, unorganized mess! Of course I dreamed about the amazing custom built-in dream closet and then the economy (or husband) yanked the reality cord and I needed to come up with a solution for under $100.00. So…here is what I did:

I spent less than $100.00 and constructed everything myself in less than 2 hours!!

I pretty much left the closet “as-is” and just embellished it with some great organizational finds. I purchased two brackets, the shelf and rod from Home Depot to create the double hanging clothes area. The turquoise bins are from the ITSO collection at Target. For the other side I purchased the components from Walmart. These are from the Closetmaid line and were super easy to put together. I then added some cute decorative hooks to hang baseball hats and added a little picture frame for a personal touch.

Now there is plenty of room for everything my little dude needs and it all has a place. For more DIY or design tips contact me at rebecca@projectnursery.com
