A bright, bold and funky teen inspired nursery! Lots of colors and pattern make this a nursery that will work well into the teen years.
The wainscoting was already on the walls, so I knew that I wanted to do a really bold wallpaper for the remaining part of the wall. After not finding what I was looking for, I ended up designing my own wallpaper and the rest of the room sprouted from there.
I enjoy bright colors and fun patterns. I like rooms to be functional, but also welcoming.

Crib skirt was made using ribbons. The ombre mobiles over the changing table were also handmade.
The dresser was originally belonged to Abby's grandparents. It was honey oak, so we refinished it in turquoise paint and added new hardware. The nesting tables were also family pieces. I love that they tie into the three shades of pink for the room.
