Amelia’s Vintage Glam Nursery

Description

It was such a joy creating this vintage glam nursery.  We're very excited to welcome our baby girl in a few weeks!

Design Inspiration

I really wanted her nursery to feel warm and soft.  After painting the walls and adding her bedding, I decided the room could use a few pops of color.  I added a little bit of an aqua/green throughout to give it some color.  She is due beginning of April, so I thought the added color would give the room a nice spring-feel, as well.

Decorating Style

Typically, my style tends to be more modern with a lot of clean and straight lines.  This nursery definitely doesn't fit my typical decorating style, but I absolutely loved finding inspiration through antiquing, refurbishing, etc.

Favorite Items

The Chandelier!  I wanted a "statement piece"...and I think I achieved it (almost to the point where I was worried it was too much).  We got it off of Craigslist for $75.  I absolutely love it!
