Graham's Nursery

This is my first week rounding up new nursery uploads in my newly painted gray bedroom. We're always encouraging readers to make the nursery an extension of their personal style, so what better place to go for inspiration than the PN project gallery? Thanks readers, your stylish designs encouraged me to go bold with gray! This silver accent wall in Hudson's Nursery shimmers in understated glam. So modern and chic... Tatum's Dandelion Room has inspired me to shop for some popping pink accessories. This Soothing Gray Nursery is absolutely flawless. Graham's Nursery is the perfect example of how gray can be cheerful. What are your thoughts of gray in the nursery? Do you prefer the lighter or darker shades? Tell us in our comment section!

Itzy Ritzy Snack Bag

Nothing gives me more pleasure then finding something unique and cool and then sharing it with family and friends. I can’t tell you how many times Melisa and I have gotten on the phone to discuss business but the day’s newest discoveries like a new lipstick shade from Armani or a fresh and cool stationary line takes the conversation on a little detour. Now that many of our contributors have posted about their favorite things this holiday season, I am excited to share mine.

Breakfast Party Picture of Annette Tatum's Family in Yum Food & Fun Magazine

Around this time as the holidays draw near, when our college kids are beginning to come home for school break and the younger ones are preoccupied with school’s winter festivities, it’s imperative to make family time a top priority. For this reason, I’m always looking for ways to engage my kids and husband in some enjoyable and entertaining…

Chase Board

While we’re teetering on 10 months to get here, I just wanted to share that Chase’s (budget) nursery makeover is going nicely. We’ve painted, patched and taped over the past few weekends as a family. There’s nothing like having a 3 year old trying to paint along side you and a crawling baby at your feet. We survived and surprisingly, very little yellow paint hit the hardwood floors . So without further ado, here’s the low down on my latest design board for my now big baby Chase…

Butterfly

As a parent of 4 children, I have a lot of creative art projects coming through the door at any one time. Since my children are at different ages, the amount and type of art that I see on the kitchen counter has always been varied. But from their first doodle to the latest self portrait, I’ve saved everything. Here are my ideas on how to store and display your children’s artwork…

Nurseryworks Hollis Dresser

When it comes to setting trends in nursery design, Nurseryworks is often leading the pack. Their modern cribs, dressers and gliders can be seen in many designer nurseries around the globe. It was in Vegas at the ABC Kids Expo a few weeks ago that Melisa and I got to see this ultra cutting edge Lucite crib in person while visiting the Nurseryworks booth. I am a big fan of Lucite so I was very intrigued by both the crib and matching dresser. Maybe Melisa being so organized and Type A could make the clear dresser work in the nursery. After all, folding clothes is one of her favorite hobbies.
