We moved into a new home and wanted to create a space for Finn that is boyish yet fun and vibrant. Finn has cortical visual impairment which limits his eye sight. He can see contrasting colors very well, and what’s more contrasting than black and white?
Finn’s daddy and I met in Alaska and we wanted to create an Alaskan haven that reminded us of where we first met and so Finn could experience some Alaskan spirit.
I threw a baby shower brunch for my aunt and her baby girl due in March. Mikelle loves breakfast so we went with a breakfast themed shower and had lots of delicious breakfast foods. We also had a color theme of light pink, gray, and white to match her nursery colors. Also, instead of playing games we did crafts. We made felt bows for baby Aubrey and tied a quilt for her nursery.
