Stepping Out in Style with Step Stools

Every child needs a stool. Whether it’s for getting into their big kid bed or helping them reach the sink or toilet.

Yes, you can get your standard stool designs at Pottery Barn Kids, but what if you want something with a little more pizazz?

A client of mine found these sources on Etsy while we were finishing up the accessorizing of her daughters’ rooms. The quality and craftmanship of the pieces are wonderful, and I had to share them with you all. Both Studio Originals and Kiddie Designs can customize your orders to your color and design preferences.

Now if you want something a little more streamlined yet still fun, the stools by Manny & Simon are another great option. Whimsical animal and transportation patterns can bring an extra pop of color into any space.

Gorgious! The Studio Originals are really cute and adorable. Love the cottage feel of their stools. The ones from Pottery Barns are simple and pretty, too.

Step stools really become a necessity as your kids learn to become more independent and as they transition into big boy or big girl beds. I got mine from Target.
