Naturally Chic. Nature-inspired decor has moved from rustic to chic. We love that you can bring the outdoors in and still create a sophisticated modern space that isn’t too rough around the edges. Achieve this look with natural finishes on furniture, rattan, pampas grass and greenery.

Moody Green. Green has been one of the go-to gender neutral shades for the nursery for ages. We love this updated take on the color. It’s not too bright, not too pastel—these moody greens add sophistication that will help your nursery grow past the baby phase.

Desert Sunrise. We’ve dubbed this 2020 nursery trend desert sunrise for its distinctive new color palette with muddied up peaches and pinks and rusty reds and browns. Capture this look by using decor items with these colors for a more subtle look or go bold with a wallpaper mural to fully embrace this sunny style.

Changing Baskets. These changing baskets are so popular we can hardly keep them in stock. Borrowing from both boho and Scandinavian trends, it’s the perfect way to add a little extra design to a functional space in the nursery.

Muted Rainbow. Rainbows are a staple of childhood and exude cheer and joy. Sometimes those loud primary colors can be difficult to tame in a room design, but these muted counterparts have a boho feel and a bit of a softer touch.

Freshly Picked Florals. Florals have remained a steady trend in the nursery for a couple years now. Expect to see new interesting color palettes for florals alongside the blushing blooms you are already familiar with.

Citrus Punch. We love the playful punch these fruity friends add to children’s design. Citrus is a great way to add a punch of color in a perfect gender neutral option. Find this citrus trend in wall decals, wallpapers, art prints and more.

Every Inch Counts. We love that every part of the nursery seems to be getting a loving touch from parents. Expect to see more pretty closets decked out to be nearly as special as the nursery itself. Use pretty storage bins, closet dividers and even wall decals to get the same effect.

Leafy Greens. Think feathery ferns, organic shapes and an overall soft touch when adding to your nursery. Find the look in wall decals, wallpapers and bedding.

Modern Black Cribs. Black cribs add an air of sophistication and an edge factor that can make any nursery design a little cooler. Black too bold? Navy cribs are a subtler option.

Mother Nature meets Wall Mural! These realistic nature-inspired wallpapers and wallpaper murals are gorgeous and dramatic. Perfect for those who want to take the woodland nursery from cutesy to cool.

Colortastic Kids Rooms. Color and kids spaces go hand in hand. An easy way to get this look is by keeping the furniture a bit more subdued and going bold with accessories and decor items to bring in your punches of color.

Jungle Meets Boho. We love a good design mash-up, and boho and jungle are a match made in heaven. Get the look by pairing tropical decor items, like jungle or palm leaf greenery with boho elements like macrame, wall hangings, tassels and art.

There are so many ways to interpret our 2020 nursery trends, but above all, we always say make sure you love your nursery. Our shop is filled with both trends and classic nursery decor choices—so there is always something for everyone!
