4 Tips to Create a Consistent Sleep Routine for Your Baby

Mom of three and our very own social media manager, Lauren, is sharing her tips to create a consistent sleep routine for your baby. Once your baby gets past the newborn stage, the sleep routines you set up now will help your baby get to sleep faster and hopefully stay asleep longer. More sleep for baby means more sleep for you! The routines you set now with your baby will help you through all sorts of future sleep road bumps even in toddlerhood and beyond!

Lauren will walk you through what works for her family and their newest member, six-month-old baby Charlotte, in the video below. Please be sure to comment to let us know your own sleep routine for your baby.
