Love is in the Air

I am renovating my NYC store and having the best time thinking about a new window. Not to ruin what’s sure to be a great surprise, but the theme I am tossing around is “Love.” I custom designed an exclusive Bellini bedding set using LULU DK Schumacher fabrics, and it turned out amazing. Sweet with a more contemporary flare, this set is original and fresh.

So my hunt for all things hearts and love to complement this original design has begun. Here is some more inspiration I’ve uncovered so far.

Butterscotch Blankees is one of my favorite custom pillow, blanket and hat designers. Her personalized heart pillow will be the perfect accent for our nursery filled with love.

Some of the fun shaggy rugs by Rug Market are perfect accents in front of the crib or even in the center of the room. These are super soft and snuggly.

This Venetian heart mirror will work well in the nursery, but it’s also an element that can be carried into a big girl room as well.

Have you spotted any heart-shaped nursery accessories lately?

Now, a love or heart theme is something I haven’t seen in any of the nurseries here!

A room filled with hearts is like a room full of love. Cheesy, right? LOL.

I just realized after reading this post how many items with hearts or shaped like a heart I have at home! And I realized, too, that I am such a sucker for hearts and love in general.

You can never go wrong with a heart motif. I love those shaggy rugs so much that I immediately went to the website you provided. Too bad you can’t see the collections unless you log in.
