Readers’ Favorite: Par-Tee Time

Congratulations to Melissa711 for creating a boys’ dream golf birthday party. This theme works beautifully for a shared birthday party of siblings, especially T(hr)EE and FORE, as children of all ages love to tee-off. Everything, from the invitations to the scorecards to the cupcakes, was executed in true “par-tee” fashion. Nice job!

      Those mini golf ball cakes are too cute. Is that real grass you used for those?

      Thanks so much! The grass is real! I made the cake stands using a glass cylinder, a glass candlestick glued inside, then a blue martini glass glued on top of the candlestick. Soil and rye grass were added two weeks before the party. A friend made the perfect golf balls to sit on the “tee” stands :)
