Pottery Barn Kids Halloween Costume Finder

It’s that time of year! At every play date, gym or music class I attended last week, the question was asked: “What are your kids going to be for Halloween?” With the costume catalogs rolling in pottery barn kids tops our list. I’ve had both a puppy dog and a hamburger in previous years. Not only did my son (well, me really) receive great compliments, but the “In and Out” hamburger year had us chuckling all night long. Even my vegan neighbors appreciated the 34 inch tall hamburger waddling down the sidewalk.

So just in case your like me and terribly tempted to see what your toddler would look like in a popcorn costume, PBK has launched a FREE, fun iphone Halloween App. With just a quick snap and select, you can have your baby or child try on costumes virtually. So maybe I can convince my husband to let my son become a cute buttery bucket of popcorn after all…

Ah yes…the costume debate! At least they are young enough that “we” decide what they are going to be (: Now I need an iphone!!

Except a lot of those costumes have been sold out for weeks already, including the monkey costume. I should have ordered it weeks ago, but I wasn’t sure. Well, if you snooze, you lose! I did get the jack-o-lantern and my daughter looks adorable. I put it on, held her in front of the mirror and she said, “I a punkin!” (She’s two)

After YEARS of making costumes for my Brent, he actually asked me if I could buy the costumes this year. Turns out that he wants to go around our village as iron man.

I thought that it was okay since we have a baby in the house who surely won’t mind me making a costume for her. But after seeing the Baby Pumpkin costume Pottery Barn had, I knew I just had to buy it. WOE IS ME that it’s no longer available :(

So I just had to content myself with the app you gave here. :( You guys wouldn’t happen to know anybody from Pottery Barn, would you? :)

YYEESSSS!! Take your dog to the vet. A brillo pad or any other thing a dog gets ahold of, but shouldn’t, can cause an obstruction. If you wait too long it could cause an infection and take some serious money out of you wallet. Better safe than sorry!!
