Pantone has just released the new “it” color for 2013—Emerald Green. We couldn’t be more thrilled because Emerald is one of our personal favorites. It’s not often used in nursery and children’s design, but it definitely should be. Green is vibrant, refreshing and encourages thought and creativity. We say yes to Emerald Green for any nursery—boy or girl, modern or traditional.
Here are some of our favorite emerald green decor items:
Jennifer DeLonge Muse Child Sofa in Green Velvet
Left: Vintage Emerald Horse Head Lamp Right: Established & Sons Tank Lamp
Rugs USA Windsor Elmas Overdyed Rug
Bloom Baby Alma Mini Urban Crib in Gala Green
Ethan Wooden Rocking Horse in Green
Would you use emerald green in your nursery design?

Emerald green for 2013? I think it’s such a magnificent color. And that green Ethan Wooden Rocking Horse is simply gorgeous!

I’d gladly welcome emerald green after Tangerine Tango. Emerald is easier to pull off and it’s such an exquisite yet not too daring color.

Is the Bloom Baby Alma Mini Urban Crib in Gala Green also under emerald green?
