Ah, the city life. There’s nothing quite like it. However space in the city often comes with it’s limitations. After many wonderful years in NYC, both Pam and I can very much appreciate the creativity that goes into decorating small spaces. Theo’s Mom Amanda and Grandmother pulled together a delightful, contemporary, clutter-free nursery. Their special touches and smart storage/shelving solution, make for plenty of room for baby!

Great ideas for small space decorating. I like the idea of a mirror above the mounting table. Makes diaper changes a fun time for any baby.

I have some fun mirrors that were given to me for a birthday. Now I know exactly what to do with them! This room is adorable.

I love the mirror above the changing table! The whole room is such a great use of space. You could also maybe do a bar under the bottom shelf and hang clothes from it if you needed hanging clothing storage…

Thanks for the feedback! We have thought about putting a bar under that bottom shelf for hanging clothes. Does anyone know of a resource for an attractive option?

What? No picture of your FABULOUS splurge light fixture?! My favorite addition to the room (that, and Theo, of course). :-)

As much as I love all the pub & love about the bedding, The Boss is right! I also missed seeing your incredible light and its shadows. Good job, parents, on room, and boy.

If anyone wants to see more photos of the room, including the Robert Abbey for Jonathan Adler light fixture, they are on our baby’s blog http://babylipstein.blogspot.com/2009/10/theos-room-on-project-nursery.html
