Pink Christmas Party

Description

Given the timing of the baptism right before the holidays, it didn't make sense not to work in a Christmas theme, so taking the inspiration from the Nutcracker, we opted  for shades of pink and silver instead of more traditional reds and greens which gave our winter wonderland a more girly, whimsical feel!

Project Details

The Pink Nutcrackers and Mini ornament trees were ordered from Amazon.

The party favours were angel ornaments from Pottery Barn and wrapped with pink/silver poinsettias.

Local vendors supplied the linens, which were pink satin with silver crochet overlays sprinkled with crystals,  and the flowers featured winter greens, shades of roses, and pink glittery ribbon and balls.

My aunt and I made the cookies and sweets on the sweet table.

The tutu-skirted cake was made by a family friend, and it was red-velvet.

I made the feather trees using styroform cones and boas.

Pink really gives a feel of girly happiness and sweetness. Lovin' all those pink treats and pink/white decor.
