Description
Initially designed as a gender neutral nursery with added "pink" and custom elements after my daughter Mia was born. Mia's nursery is a mix match of bright colors on a neutral background of grey. It has a combination of modern elements, DIY projects, and cheap/cool finds.
Design Inspiration
My starting point was my handmade blanket and grey crib. My inspiration for the nursery was from multiple sources...mostly found on project nursery and the internet.

Favorite Items
My favorite item is my handmade carpet! I was 8 months pregnant slaving over it!
Advice
Find a neutral background as your canvas and then get or find an item you love and use that as a jumping off point! Be creative and think outside the box!

Such a fab modern nursery. I love the colorful geometric curtains and those tin cans with ethnic design just make me drool.
