I wanted to create a nursery for my little guy without using the standard colors such as light blue. I ended up using yellow and teal as my starting colors in the bedding and curtains and then worked my way around the room by adding pops of color. ( sorry for the terrible lighting in some of the pictures)
When trying to determine a style or color scheme for a room I always go to fabric first! I went to a local, fabric store and fell in love with the yellow stripe fabric used in curtain and the teal fabric used in bedding!i
I think my decorating style is bright and fun
The changing pad cover and crib sheet is from www.landofnod.com
The rug is from www.target.com
I made the curtains and crib bedding but I found the fabric from www.fabric house.com in. Nashville
My favorite items would have to be the quilts made by a friend and my grandmother, as well as the letters used to spell Masons name in the frame on wall.
Pick a fabric or rug first then go from there!
Hello, I love the colors that you chose. I was wondering where you got the alphabet, numbers and share your toys sign? Thanks!
Please share who’s the crib manufacturer, I’m dying to know. Thanks !
The best part of this nursery? Mason! He’s so adorable in the last picture!
