This is our DIY nursery for our baby girl :)
The inspiration for our nursery came from a combination of nurseries images we found on the web.
Curtains: Homemade. I lined the curtains with Blackout liner. They keep the room very dark. I used the "budget blackout" fabric at JoAnn's. The pattern I used can be found here: http://reddoorhome.blogspot.com/2011/05/how-to-sew-curtain-panels-with-lining.html
Crib Skirt: Homemade, no pattern.
Crib Bumpers: Homemade, pattern I used can be found here: http://www.sew4home.com/projects/pillows-cushions/stylish-baby-nursery-crib-bumpers-two-cool-fabs
Curtain Rods: Martha Stewart from Home Depot
Crib: From Babies R Us: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4358809&searchURL=false
Dresser: 100+ year old dresser re-furbished by my dad.
Changing Table: Badger Basket corner changing table.
Felt Balls above Changing Table: Homemade. I found the directions here: http://thewinthropchronicles.blogspot.com/2012/02/felt-pom-poms.html
Lamp: Pottery Barn Kids
Rocking Chair: Borrowing from a friend
Crib Sheet: Pottery Barn Kids
Wall Art: canvas paintings and wall painting done by friends
Clock: by DecoMates. We ordered it from Amazon
Hamper: Gift - we'll be using it for toy storage.
Just a splash of pink, and yellow too. Lovely room.
