Description
Gray and Yellow neutral themed baby shower!
Design Inspiration
Love this gray and yellow fabric from Amy Butler, so I used it everywhere I could think of.
Decorating Style
I wanted the shower to be modern and fun!
Project Details
A dessert desert table was a must, because my girlfriend has the biggest sweet tooth in the world. I mixed in a few details, like bunting on the cake, Modge Podge fabric covered birds, and 'advice for the mom-to-be' displayed on the table. And a huge bubble umbrella hanging with yellow painted wood letters spelling out Baby. I used the fabric for BABY bunting on the onsies.
Favorite Items
My favorite is probably the cake. I do not bake, like, at all. And I had so much fun making the cake, frosting, and bunting topper all from scratch. I'd have to say that was my fav.
Advice
Start early, and do a little bit at a time. I had so much fun with this shower, and it didn't stress me out at all leading up to it, because all the details were fun to plan and make. The only stressful part was when we lost power 10 minutes into it and throughout on a 105 degree day!

Could you please tell, what is in the pitcher next to the infused vodka? Was it served along side the lemonade? It looks so classy but it is new to me (and probably will be to my guests too). I would like to be creative with the one alcoholic beverage I plan to serve at the baby shower. Thanks!
HI, I was wondering where did you get the cut out circles for the party favors. I am stealing the color scheme for my sister’s baby shower in a few weeks. We are actually renting a room from one of the restuarants so trying to figure out decorations. Any idea of suggestins would be great!
Still my fav!! Xo
Love this. These are the exact fabrics I used to my crib bedding. So cute!
Really classy. Love the colors and what you did with the table. And, yeah, Amy Butler’s fabrics are so beautiful they make great inspirations for room and party themes.
This is a beautiful “labor” of love!!! So creative… Well done!! Xo
