Colton’s modern elephant nursery

Description

I am a DIYer so I wanted my son's nursery to be modern and unique and I wanted to do a lot of projects myself.

Design Inspiration

My husband wanted an over the top animal themed nursery but I wanted more of a modern nursery with different patterns and textures. We came to an agreement that we would have both the modern patterns and elephants in his nursery.

Decorating Style

Modern and colorful

Favorite Items

My favorite element in his nursery is the stencil wall. It makes the room unique and add that modern twist to the nursery. Plus it took me a really long time to complete so I am very proud of it :)

Advice

It takes time to complete a nursery. Be sure to take your time to find the right items for the room rather than choosing just anything to get the room done quickly. In the end you will be happier you took your time because you will love everything in the room.

Love your nursery!!! What is the paint color of your walls and from which pain store? Did you use white for the stencil's other color?

I love the brightness of the room. I love the patterned wall, too.
