Brynn’s Neutral Nursery

Description

When I started out creating Brynn's nursery I wanted to have a space that was warm, relaxed and comfortable. We already had the walls painted so just went with a soft palette, that wasnt too girly. We wanted the room to feel a part of our home, represent our design style but still feel like a kids space.

Design Inspiration

I found the fabric for the drapes and that was my jumping off point. The print was fun and whimsical but not too girly. I immediately fell in love with it!

Decorating Style

I'm not sure I have a specific decorating style-I like clean lines, am drawn to more modern pieces but overall just put things in my home that make me feel happy!

Favorite Items

My favorite item by far has to be the drapes. They were my first sewing project and inspired the whole room.

Advice

Surround yourself with a space that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. You will be spending a lot of time in the room; whether it be feeding, cuddling or playing with your little one so take your time and put together a space that makes you feel good!

I like your subtle colors. Nothing too bright and too loud. Everything's just chill.
