We wanted a colorful, whimsical space with both modern and vintage pieces, clean lines as well as handmade elements. We painted the walls a dark navy blue to make the colors pop and to set off the warm rustic elements. In order for the design to last we refrained from making the room too “babyish”. We love the juxtaposition of the modern elements against the rustic and vintage pieces.

Fun, funky and colorful! I really like your playful treatment of colors. It seems like there never will be dull times in this room. It is so full of personality, too.

Yes, please share the paint color names! Love them…I am wanting to do a surf/beach theme in our babies room and I think this would work great as a base! Thanks so much!
