Description
I am lucky enough to have a sister with amazing design and sewing talent. I gave her all my ideas, existing furniture, budget and she surprised me with the final result! Her challenge was working with a limited budget and making the room suitable for both a boy and a girl.

I absolutely cannot pick a favorite item! I love just sitting in the funky but oh so comfortable rocking chair we found at a thrift store and enjoying everything in the room.

Troll online tutorials, etsy, craigslist and real room project galleries to find inspiration. Create an Ideabook on Houzz to assemble all the ideas you find.

Can you please tell me what your wall colour is? Is it a true grey, or does it have blue or brown undertones (sometimes hard to tell on computer)? Thanks!

Indeed, you are very lucky to have the kind of sister you have. I wish I had someone, too, whom I could totally trust my decorating ideas to (without spending big bucks for a professional). My favorite is that rug with felt toadstools. It really looks interesting and pretty!

What a beautiful nursery. My daughter and son share a room and i love to see other shared rooms that blend the decor so well. The gray chevron curtains are my favorite. thanks for sharing
