We tried to create a nursery that was a little modern, a little vintage, light & airy, with a dash of fun and color. We combined new, modern items with my family pieces. We still want to add a bookcase and a few more art pieces.

I love the rug! I want that rug! We have the same lamp, but with a yellow shade, in my son’s nursery. I love how it adds some height to the room.

I’ll let you in on my little secret. It is a flat twin sheet that I folded to fit! I couldn’t find a skirt that I liked that fit the bed, so I improvised.

Thanks!! Funny thing, the night before you told me your secret I was going to buy a sheet at Target and try something similar. Now that I know it works I may have to!
