Design Inspiration
My inspiration for Avery's room was bright colors and fun patterns that compliment eachother while also incorporating ducks because my husband is an avid duck hunter.

My decorating style is a very soft modern.
Project Details
The crib and dresser are from Ikea. They are very reasonably priced for great quality. The chair and ottoman are from Babies R Us. The lamp is from Hobby Lobby. They have a huge selection and are always having sales. The light fixture and rug are also from IKEA. Art work is done by my Brother in Law who is a local artist. My only tips are to start with one thing you love and pick the rest from there. I started with our crib set which is by Skip Hop. Once I had a color scheme the rest just kind of fell into place. Almost forgot one of my favorites in the room, the chevron curtains and pillow on the chair were by me!
Favorite Items
My favorite price is def. the chevron curtains! I'm obsessed with chevron!
Advice
I love chevron, but notice how it's not too over bored with it. Always keep it simple.
