Design Inspiration

I was inspired by items you might find in a man's den, but with a modern twist. I found the curtain fabric first, and it inspired the colors.  I knew I wanted to incorporate leather, and the adventure theme came through prints my friends used at my shower

Decorating Style

I love modern design with simple chic colors like grey, white and black. But for little man's nursery, wanted to make it a little more fun with a splash of color.

Favorite Items

The chevron curtains we made ourselves really pulled the whole room together. Also, the leather glider. Adds some manliness to the room, but is comfortable and sleek!

Advice

Start early with a vision, and take your time and shop around. I stopped into Homegoods just about every week for inspiration or one perfect item.  DIY what you can, it will save you big!
