Dalla-Nonna-Calendar-Necklace

Mom jewelry has always been very popular. It's such a sweet way to celebrate a new mom or to commemorate the birth of a child. One lucky Project Nursery reader will win Dalla Nonna's signature Calendar Necklace. Dalla Nonna's calendar necklace was derived from an old tie pin of the creator's grandfather. The piece is executed in sterling silver (with dimensions of about 1"x3/4", suspended on an 18" chain and accented with a sapphire in the color chosen by the wearer to commemorate a special date. Of course, the obvious choice would be to select the birth date of your child, but I also think it would be super cute to wear while pregnant with your due date on it. What a fun way to answer the question you hear so many times as a pregnant mama! WIN IT! One Project Nursery reader will win the Dalla Nonna Calendar Necklace in sterling silver marking the day of your choice ($150 value). The winner can select the finish (matte or shiny), the month, the day and the sapphire color. Note that because all calendar pieces are custom made to order, they ship 3-6 weeks from the day the order is received. HOW TO ENTER: Visit Dalla Nonna, and leave a comment below telling us what special date you would select. Contest ends Friday, November 23, 2012 at 11:59PM PST. Melisa and Pam

After a little technical difficulties last week, Team Project Nursery is ready to jump back into our "Dish & Design" series on Spreecast. Pam and Melisa have been busy in NYC! They will be recapping the highlights from the 2013 Nursery Trends with The MDB Family event, and they might even share a look at their nursery designs! You'll have to tune in to find out! We will also once again be joined by the one and only, fabulous Sarah from Salt and Nectar. She'll be filling us in on how she left behind her law career when she became a mom and full-time blogger. We'll get the full scoop on why she decided to move back to her hometown of Paducah, Kentucky to start a family. The ladies will be comparing and contrasting the benefits of raising kids in the mix of a big city vs. a small town. Want to join in the conversation? Make sure to log on and give us your opinion! Have questions for Pam, Melisa or Sarah? Join them live on camera, or if you’re feeling a little camera shy, you can post your question below or on our Facebook page, and we’ll do our best to answer it during our broadcast. Still haven’t logged onto Spreecast? It’s a mix between YouTube and Skype. It gives us the ability to produce live video and include our audience onscreen.
