Dalla Nonna’s calendar necklace was derived from an old tie pin of the creator’s grandfather. The piece is executed in sterling silver (with dimensions of about 1″x3/4″, suspended on an 18″ chain and accented with a sapphire in the color chosen by the wearer to commemorate a special date.

Of course, the obvious choice would be to select the birth date of your child, but I also think it would be super cute to wear while pregnant with your due date on it. What a fun way to answer the question you hear so many times as a pregnant mama!
