We’ll save the expert commentary to our gear contributor Eli Gurock, whose post you can expect soon, but we wanted to give you a sneak peek at some of the new gear that caught our eye at ABC Kids Expo 2014. What do we look for when searching out gear? Good looks, of course! Well, also safety and ease of use, but we are a design blog after all!
First of all, the Cybex Cloud Q car seat, the winner of JPMA Best in Show innovation award, where PN Co-Founder Pam was a judge. It is the first infant car seat carrier that can be reclined into a carry cot when not in the vehicle. You know how much babies end up snoozing in their car seat, even out of your vehicle, and this allows them to sleep in a more reclined position.
