Yogurt blends are super popular with older babies and toddlers, making them a great way to sneak in some extra veggies. Store-bought yogurt blends are almost always loaded with extra sugar and processed fruit, but this homemade raspberry spinach yogurt blend is super easy to make, incredibly tasty and loaded with raw nutrients.
This recipe is suitable for babies 10 months and up, toddlers, big kids and adults. Before combining foods, make sure your baby has tried each one individually first with no reaction to it.
Raspberry Spinach Yogurt Blend
Note: Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
1 cup vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy yogurt()
1 cup raspberries
1 cup fresh baby spinach—thoroughly washed
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer into a jar or Sage Squeezie and serve or store. This yogurt blend will stay fresh for up to three days in the fridge and up to three months in the freezer.
