My daughter is obsessed with puppies. We can’t pass a dog without first stopping to learn its name and pet him or her before I can pull her away. So I wasn’t at all surprised when she enthusiastically announced that she wanted a puppy birthday party this year.
I really wanted her party to be bright and girly to fit her personality, so I started with a fun color palette of black, white and brights, incorporating dalmation print, dog-themed items with flowers and feminine touches.
Guests enjoyed a dessert table featuring sweets including “pupcakes,” “lollipups,” “dog bones” and other puppy-themed treats.
Little guests were treated to face painting and handmade puppy ear headbands, which they showed off in the puppy photo booth.
