Project Nursery loves any good reason to celebrate, and we always have so much fun looking at the hard work and love that goes into planning some of these parties. Now we want to hear from you!     I chose the Hot Air Balloon party because of it’s fun gender neutral theme. It’s bright, cheerful colors makes me happy too. Plus I love ballons!
