There is nothing better than a soft, delicious smelling baby, so I went on a major smell test to find the yummiest, most hydrating baby lotions on the market. Here are my favorite finds.
Imported from the UK, the Bamford Collection is out of this world. Sold at posh stores like Barneys, this stuff is the real deal. Their products are made from all-natural and organic ingredients and smell like heaven. Yes, it costs a bloody fortune, but it’s worth every penny. When choosing a signature collection for my new Manhattan Bellini, I went with the new Little Giraffe bath and lotion combo set. The smell is fresh and clean, and the all-natural and organic ingredients are free of all the harsh surfactants that may irritate baby’s skin. I also recommend this lotion for pregnant bellies.
One of the all-time great skin/hair care lines in the baby industry has to be Mustela. If your baby has any red, itchy patches, this milky cream will work wonders. P.S. Their shampoo is the ONLY shampoo that totally gets rid of cradle cap.

One baby skin product that I have tried and really really liked is the Buriti Baby Body Butter from Body Shop. I’ve heard Mustela products are really good too.

I have just discovered the wonders of argan oil on the skin. Does anybody here know if argan oil is good for babies, too?

Here’s what I’ve read: 100% pure, organic Argan Oil is actually safe enough to use on your baby’s delicate skin to help treat dryness and soothe redness.

I have heard of argan oil a number of times, but haven’t really looked into it or used it. What does it really do? And how does it smell?

argan oil has an abundance of medicinal, nutritional and cosmetic properties. it has lots of Omega-6 fatty acids and Vitamin F so using it can help speed the healing process of old and damaged skin and restore its vibrant and healthy look. it also has anti-aging properties. and yes, it smells nice.
