Everyone is obviously drawn to the bright, bold and beautiful colors of this nursery. Congratulations to Robin Hawkins for creating a nursery that involved some risk, in terms of colors and patterns, and yielded amazing rewards. The readers loved it, and it’s easy to see why it was voted the favorite project of the week.

You can say that again! I find the bold and bright colors and the floral patterns and swirls quite stimulating. I wonder if this promotes easy sleeping, though. But don’t get me wrong, it’s really lovely.

I see what you’re trying to say. The room is truly beautiful, no doubt about it. But I think this kind of design suits a morning salon better. The flowers and the swirls are quite dynamic that there’d be a lot going on in your head when you look at them.

Maybe when you get so used to all the colors and the exciting patterns and swirls, it doesn’t stimulate your brain too much anymore and it would be easy to sleep in the midst of all this prettiness.
