‘Tis the Season

I adore the art of gift giving, and I am always on the hunt for the cutest, most adorable, most unique…you get the point. When I came across the British collection Le Toy Van, I flipped (and bought almost the entire line for my new NYC store). Here are some of my favorite finds.

My too cool six-year-old daughter thought she was a little beyond doll houses; when she laid eyes on this beauty, however, she reconsidered her position fast. Fully decorated with open and shut windows and shutters and a removable roof, this is a house the princess in your life can play decorator, house and queen of the castle with for hours on end.

I’ll admit I like to play with toy kitchen appliances more than I actually like to use them in the kitchen, and this set was no exception.

Now that I have a son who is obsessed with anything that has an engine, finding a new twist on a classic garage/airport is a huge score. I love the quality and design of these pieces (and so does my two-year-old).

I will admit this collection is not inexpensive, but the quality is sensational. These are the types of toys you save and keep for your grandchildren—high quality never gets old.

Happy holidays!

That dollhouse is so adorable! I like cooking or baking toys, too, made of wood, like those in the second photo.
