My six-year-old daughter Gigi loves her new RumbaTime Van Dam watch! These unisex, trendy, colorful watches have been spotted on celebrities everywhere, and now they have sizes for kids too. The silicone bands are super lightweight and smooth, so they won't bother your little one's wrist even while roughhousing at the park. Gigi especially loves her RumbaTime watch because it's easy for her to pull it on and off, and the big numbers on the digital face let her be her own timekeeper. See her tell you all about it. With so many fun bright colors to choose from, it's the perfect starter watch for your little one. They are so affordable at $11 a pop, I'm going to pick up a few extras as gifts. This sale ends tomorrow, so be sure to check it out today on OpenSky!

On the whole, my children have great manners. And when I say that, I mean they say please and thank you and are polite to people who are not their mother (and I suppose that is where it really matters). But beyond the social niceties everyone should really practice, there is also the matter of etiquette. I would like to pass on some hard and fast rules of expected social behaviors to my kids, but those rules seem so much more subjective than they used to be. It makes me wish for the days when Emily Post and Miss Manners had a say-so in daily life. I don't think I am the only one who gets a little confused when it comes to rules of etiquette, so I thought I might look up a few "rules" to help me teach my kids how to behave appropriately at parties. This is a simple list of things I will teach my young kids to remember. If you're the host... Write a very clear invitation. People want to know what is expected of them—dress up, dress casual, don't bring a gift, eat before you come, etc. Be gracious. Every party has its bumps. Roll with those bumps, and be accommodating instead of throwing a fit that everything isn't perfect. You and your guests will have a better time! Be gracious. I know I said that already, but really, it is totally up to you as the host to make sure all your guests …

hungry caterpillar party 2

The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle is an all-time classic children's book that I simply adore! My boys love this book, and I knew it was the perfect theme for Blake's 2nd birthday party. While researching ideas for the party, I found this photo on the Pottery Barn Kids website, which became my inspiration for the theme. They even have coordinating caterpillar bedding—adorable! For every party, I start by designing the invite. Once an invite is designed, the rest of the printable collection is made to coordinate. Themed treats and sweets line the dessert table, and a caterpillar made from tissue fans atop a playful polkadot fabric sets the backdrop. Here is a closer look at some of the details. Do you have a fun and fabulous party you want to share? Upload it to our gallery; we'd LOVE to see it!! Sources: Tissue Fans, Pint Berry Baskets, Decorated Cookies, Party Printables

The parties in the gallery were filled with vibrant colors, creative themes and more. After much deliberation, we came up with four remarkable parties that topped our list. Now it's up to you all to decide who will be the next Party of the Month! Congrats to all of our finalists!
