Inspiration from a Brush Stroke

Maybe it’s because spring is in the air, but we’ve noticed a beautiful trend that we’d like to share. It seems that everywhere we look, watercolor patterns and colors are blooming. We first spotted the trend in a gorgeous scarf featured in one of our favorite style guides, the Zoe Report.

I love watercolor art! And you described that wallpaper from Black Crow Studios perfectly. It is indeed breathtaking! I had to click the link to see if they have more designs!

I love all the pieces — the scarf, the wallpaper, the pillow cover and the fabric. I am not too sure about the mixed media wall mural though. Although it is has different colors and it depicts the different seasons, it kinda feels gloomy and melancholic to me.

Shai: They do have other watercolor wallpapers and they are all equally beautiful and gorgeous! I especially like their striped design. I just want to go ahead and click on the add-to-cart button!

My mom is a very talented artist and I grew up in a home where the sofa covers and the curtains were handpainted. It was very special. I didn’t get half of my mom’s talent though, so I really appreciated this post. I particularly love the watercolor wallpaper. It’s so unique!

I am not very fond of using wallpapers, but if it’s this watercolor wallpaper, I would gladly surrender my wall to it! It is just to amazingly beautiful, especially the purples and blues!
