Mom’s Day Special: Sylvie Pillows

Let’s admit it, nursery seating is all about Mom. Whether you prefer the glider to the rocker or rocker to chaise, countless hours are spent feeding, reading and sleeping in your chair. So why not accessorize it?  Just as you would add a few decorative throw pillows onto your bed or couch, consider crowning your nursery glider with a little lumbar pillow. Sylvie’s Limited Edition Spring Pillow and Sachet Set is the perfect purchase for your personal comfort, room’s decor or thoughtful gift just in time for Mother’s Day!

Seamstress Sylvie Guieysse thoughtfully creates pillows and sachets from her Brooklyn studio by hand. Her choice of modern and playful fabrics gives each a splash of color and whimsy; ideal for energizing or complimenting most rooms. Project Nursery is proudly partnering with interior design experts Jay and Irwin of Design2Share to bring you this exclusive offer: A set of three 10×14 linen pillows and one 5×5 lavender sachet. Sylvie’s handmade pillows retail for $125 however, we are pleased to provide you a reduced price of $89 while supplies last – your choice of blue or green. Here’s a few real room shots of the pillows in action….

Last year, Pam and I completed a gender-neutral design board for the Hann family. We recently stopped by to see first hand how they took our inspiration board and executed a modern-vintage nursery for their sweet surprise package, Amelia. While mom and dad are still working on the finishing touches, we thought a few of Sylvie’s lovely linen pillows provided them with just the right decorative accent in keeping with the room’s theme.

Could you envision these pillows in one of your rooms? Please visit our shop for more details.
