Newborn Survival 3.0

Melisa and I certainly have our hands full these days as we both have newborns. My sweet baby girl arrived on March 24th and life with three is what I like to call blissfully chaotic. It’s been three years since I’ve been in baby mode and aside from my super fab Tassimo espresso machine (which is working overtime) there are a few new baby specific items that I’ve picked up that have been life savers.

Life Factory makes these amazing glass bottles that are not only eco-friendly but are so much easier to clean then those plastic ones. I love the innovative and colorful silicone bottle covers that take the fear of dropping them out of the game and gives your baby a nice grip. The starter kit runs about $60 and because we love them so, we secured them for our Project Nursery Store.

Another new product I’ve been getting good use out of is the aboutBaby Bibby. I wear it around the house and it has kept my shirts clean and spit-up free on those days when I need to appear as if I have it all together, at least for a couple of hours. I can be a bit of a germaphobe so this bib is perfect for protecting baby from germ ridden clothes and the Velcro keeps it in place. No more burp clothes slipping and sliding.

I’m lucky to say that I have the greatest friends around. I have received some beautiful gifts which is so nice with baby number three. When searching online for personalized stationary and announcements I found these darling note cards at Sarah + Abraham. The versatile silhouettes are my favorite because they can be mixed and matched in just about any way you can think of. You choose the silhouettes that best portray your family.

Beautiful, beautiful baby bottles! I checked your link and I was so glad they also have pink, red and light blue (because I’m not particularly fond of orange). I also had to check whether they are BPA-free and they are! So 100% safe! It’s hard to find cute and safe coming together, especially in baby bottles.
