Hop On Over To Pregnancy Magazine!

A few months ago Pam and I pulled together a couple of nursery design boards for Pregnancy Magazine on behalf of Project Nursery. As with all customers we ask, “What is your inspiration?” Our typical response usually consists of  a color palette, fabric or piece of art. So you can imagine our surprise when the inspiration source was revealed… FROGS!?!

We have to admit that it was a fun challenge so when contributor Andrika shared her Easter Bunny nursery inspiration, we thought it was the perfect segway into the bunny’s little woodland friend – Ribbit, Ribbit!

Hippity Hop: Similar to the sweet, organic, cuddly frog the magazine provided, we developed an eco-friendly, upbeat and contemporary nursery design ideal for small apartment living or a shared bedroom.

Most popular item? Jump on a sheepskin rug from Ikea to designate any area of your room the nursery!

The Frog Prince: After being handed a plastic toad, we went with the idea that the unattractive little guy would turn into a Prince some day! We couldn’t resist creating a nursery design with a little glam factor. We took cues from the bumps and coloring of the toad and incorporated circles, a crystal chandelier and kiddie ghost chair to play up a prince like quality.

Dig the Frog? Form-baby’s Alphabet Animals canvas art series comes in 25 other cool creatures to choose from.
