We have never really been fans of pink and we knew we didn't want really want our baby girl to wear big bows, frilly outfits or have a "girly" nursery. We even put on our baby shower invites "not to cause a stink...but if you veer from the registry, please choose colors other than pink". We wanted moody and darker colors with a lot of greenery, while still keeping a whimsical theme.
Peyton Willow is our first child and we have had so much fun designing and decorating her nursery. I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and have been in quarantine 10 weeks of those 27 during this pandemic. Working on her nursery has been a a bright spot in these isolating days and it has given me a wonderful project to stay busy in between working from home.
