Tori Spelling’s Nursery

Description

A transitional room, with modern furniture, and classic Cade Bedding from Caden Lane.

Design Inspiration

Tori wanted soft green walls, and then pops of blue and brown throughout the room. The entire project actually started with the zebra hide rug, she loved it, and wanted the decor to match.

Decorating Style

This nursery is the perfect example of a transitional nursery, with modern furniture, and more traditional colors... it's the perfect combination for a little man.

Project Details

The brown squares on the wall were actually meant to be pieced together as wall paper - they had a raised leaf pattern on them, and we spray painted them chocolate brown. (we also used double sided tape to secure them to the wall) They broke up the green on the wall, and added a nice focal point above the crib.

Advice

Once you pick your favorite bedding, grab a couple extra yards of fabric... it's a nice way to tie in the print into the room, and a great way to take pre-made curtains and add a little custom appeal to them.

Not really a big fan of the color combo used... But the pieces are great. I especially am curious about the two LIttle Man Wall Art pieces. Are they made of fabric?
