Description
This is a nursery for our baby girl and we wanted something out of the ordinary and a little custom. We searched for each piece in the room looking for items that were unique and had some character. We like antiques and and repurposed a couple pieces for the nursery, painting it to coordinate with the color scheme. We are very happy with the way it turned out!
Design Inspiration
The inspiration for the nursery was to create an elegant, feminine nursery that can grow with our daughter!

Project Details
The crib was purchased through Young America, it is the Grace crib. Glider rocker was purchased online on Wayfair. Monogram over the crib is from Etsy website. The bedding, pillow, and changing pad cover was purchased through Carousel Design, it was the "Love Birds" fabric design. Drapes and lamp were from JCPenney. The lamp was Cindy Crawford brand. I added pink ribbon on the drapes and added pink ribbon around the lamp shade as well. The antique dresser/changing table and side table were found at antique consignment shops and we painted them to match the room.

Advice
I think the robin's egg blue walls really set the room apart from typical girl nurseries. Don't be afraid of thinking outside of the box for paint colors!
