Once I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted a nautical nursery. When I found out I was having a girl I knew it would be a bit challenging since most nautical stuff is navy and red. Then my sister made me a quilt for my baby shower that used fabric from fabric designer Tula Pink that was coral, aqua and green. I was obsessed and used that as my inspiration.

I love it of course! The stripes on the walls make the room!

I never thought that I’d ever see a nautical theme used for a girl’s room. This is one of the best rooms I’ve seen here on Project Nursery. I just adore what you did to the dresser!

That is the greatest! Can your sister tell me where to get that quilt pattern? My daughter in law is expecting her first, and I am a quilter. Looks like we have a winner if I can locate the pattern.
